Women’s BYU-Idaho Approved Housing

By clicking APPLY NOW, you'll create a Tenant Access Account. Once you verify the account you'll complete an application. Upon completing your application you'll be prompted pay a $100 processing fee and $150 security deposit. You can reserve parking for $75. All utilities, on-site laundry, and fiber optic internet are included in the pricing listed above. Once your application is submitted and your application fee and security deposit is paid, we'll send you a contract to sign in your Tenant Web Access.

BYU-I Housing Rates & Discounts

Students can choose monthly payments, or they’re welcome to pay the full amount in advance. For your convienence, we offer a monthly payment plan with a one-time $50 fee.

When you sign for three full tracks (Fall-Spring), you save an extra $250. You will also receive free Christmas and Spring Break, an additional $200 savings. The first payment is due August 1st, and the move-in date follows the BYU-I housing schedule.

Summer session contracts are offered at discounted rates for students staying for the Fall semester. If you would like to add a summer session contract, please get in touch with us, and we’ll get you set up with a renewal offer to sign in your resident portal.

All dual-semester discounts are reflected in the semester and monthly pricing listed above. Friend referrals are valid for NEW residents during the Winter and Spring semesters.

Modern and Classic Apartments for Students in BYU-I Approved Housing 

At Sunrise Village, women attending BYU-I can apply for either a modern or classic apartment layout. Both are designed to make student living comfortable and convenient. Each apartment has spacious living spaces, comes fully furnished, and offers plenty of storage and closet space so students can make it a true home away from home.

Women's Modern Apartments

Our women’s modern apartments feature open living and kitchen areas that make the space feel bright and spacious. In addition to shared features, each apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer to make student life more convenient. 

Women's Classic Apartments

Our recently remodeled mid-century apartments combine classic layouts with everyday comforts. They retain the character of classic design while offering the same built-in shelving, pantry storage, and natural light. Students also have the option of in-unit laundry.

At Sunrise Village, students have access to a wide range of apartment and community amenities. 

Apartment Amenities

Each apartment includes many great amenities. From high-speed Optix internet for fast streaming and studying, to in-unit laundry so you can skip the hassle of a laundromat, to plenty of parking for easy coming and going, Sunrise Village has a lot to offer.

Residents can also enjoy new built-in smart TVs, perfect for popcorn-filled movie nights with your roommates and friends. Plus, all utilities are included, so you have one less thing to worry about.

Property Amenities

Beyond the apartments, there are many great amenities throughout the property. Outside, students can enjoy the hammock park between classes to unwind or join a friendly game of basketball on the court. 

Students can also enjoy the lounge’s shared spaces for forming study groups and hanging out with friends. The lounge features a ping‑pong table and a pool table, offering a fun way to socialize and unwind. On‑site laundry is also available and free to use.
