When you sign for three full tracks, Fall-Spring, save $250, plus you get Christmas and Spring Break FREE! (Additional $200 savings)  This option is great for international and fast track students.  The first Payment is due August 1st, and the move in date follows the BYU-I housing schedule.

Summer Session Contracts are traditionally offered to students staying for the fall semester at a discounted rate.  If you would like to add a summer session contract, please contact us and we'll get you set up with a renewal offer to sign in your resident portal!  Summer Session Contracts are discounted for students staying for the fall.

We are now on waitlist for all floorplans for our Women's Housing for the Fall Semester.  Our sister property American Avenue still has a few openings.  If you sign at American Avenue and a spot opens at Sunrise, we will move you over with no transfer/cancellation fees. We have fewer than 20 men's spots available so reserve your spot now. We now only have modern floorplan available.  

We are now sold out for parking for Fall 2025 semester and have a waitlist.  Street parking passes are available through the City of Rexburg.  We can give you instructions on how to obtain one of those and remind you when to go purchase them.

Our brother property Hillcrest Townhomes has a very small number of men's shared room spaces available. They are townhomes with 4 residents per apartment.  Let us know if you have any questions. We are happy to help.
