We are currently Full for our Men's and Women's Apartment for the Fall Semester. You can call us at 208-356-3995 or email us at sunrisevillage@cvapt.com to be added to our wait list. Our brother property Hillcrest Townhomes has a very small number of men's shared room spaces available. They are townhomes with 4 residents per apartment.  Let us know if you have any questions. We are happy to help. 

We are now sold out for parking for Fall 2025 semester and have a waitlist.  Street parking passes are available through the City of Rexburg.  We can give you instructions on how to obtain one of those and remind you when to go purchase them.
